Silicon Valley Syndrome comes from sitting at a computer all day with your shoulders hunched over. Sheena gives us some exercises to strengthen our lower body and avoid the undue stress sitting down all day can cause on our bodies.
We’re given more exercises to help maintain healthy bodies. Upper body exercises help relax our shoulders and reduce the knots everyone gets in their shoulder area. It’s never too late to start these exercises and take care of your body!
